to obtain at our expense a license for the continued use of the Products; or (c) terminate this Agreement and the sub-granted license, accept the return of the Products and refund a proportionate portion of the applicable tax paid for the portion of the Products that are the subject of the claim. For software under unlimited license, the reimbursement is based on a straight-line depreciation over a period of five (5) years, from the date of the first delivery of the products. For cloud services and licensed subscription software, the refund is made on the pre-paid and unen gagnéed fees, which cover the remainder of the lifetime (as defined in point 8.1 below).
