An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is an agreement with a service provider for the repair and maintenance of real estate used by your business. The service can be located on any property in your business, from the large manufacturing machines that make your products to the computers and printers used in your offices. It can also include service for building, land, parking, etc. A company that deals with improving day-to-day operations should have an AMC to ensure the quality of the product and process.
